[3.3.x] Support Forum • Re: Sticky permissions

It's a forum based/specific permission.

Having admin permissions only lets you in to the admin panel. It doesn't confer any extra abilities.

group forum permissions
choose the group you want
choose the forum you want to be able to do it in
advanced permissions
post tab
Can post stickies YES
