I've got the same problem with my forum.
Has anyone found the solution?
Google can access to my sitemap in the forum directory without error but gets error 403 on the forum pages.
https://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http ... ne&group=0 << Error 403
https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3 ... _index.htm << No error 403 with sitemap in the forum directory
A test message board on the same same server (no error 403): https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3 ... D2%26t%3D1
