Agree with this, that's the best way to kill spamA properly setup Q&A + activating the “Newly registered user group” is purported to stop 99% of spam. One easy check of your Q&A is to post the question in to Google and see what happens. If it results in the answer or something pretty close then the Q&A needs revisiting. If it can be translated to English, searched then translated back successfully then that could be another problem, the spam bots can do that. Whatever you do though is don’t underestimate spam bots.
