You can deactivate the users in bulk if you want. Users & Groups tab >> Prune users link on left. Just make sure delete posts is set to no and that deactivate is selected. Post a global announcement and give them a week to change their email address. Once deactivated they will only be able to contact you through email to get it reactivated.
Do this, it may or may not help solve your problem but it may highlight issues you are not aware of. Just because you are not seeing returned email doesn't mean they aren't being dropped by other providers. Many of the issues this service reports like SPF record minimally is the difference between the spam box and inbox. Others like reverse DNS issues usually results in the email getting dropped into a black hole. It's good practice to use a service like this occasionally to check for new issues you may not be aware of.And your mails are 100% correct?
